GOT TOYS?

Wow.......there's at least one toy for every day here............

Granted, there are two boys in this family, but still.......(and that's just one wall of the playroom!).

STORM MOVING OUT

It was nice to see the storm making its departure...

 ....but we knew it wouldn't be for long. There were periods of sun and showers this morning, and it's snowing again this afternoon. No significant accumulation expected, unfortunately.

LOVE PLAYING WITH COLOR!

It seems as if the Photo of the Day is morphing into the Photo of the Week, but I'm trying to keep up. I loved making the colors in this one, probably because it's raining cats and dogs, and the weather's making it a really depressing day:

It seems a shame that great old barns have to succumb to the elements at some point. This one is no exception:

FIRST LIGHT

Yikes! missed the second day in a week! Bad, bad.....

I know that Portland Head Light is the most-photographed lighthouse in the country. But here's a shot, not of the lighthouse itself, but of the old bell , taken at sunrise (does that make up for it?). The pink light made the copper glow:
