AFTER THE MAINE STORM

Mother Nature seems to take things in stride. This is the scene in my woods after a storm that knocked out power to over 400,000 Maine residents, some for more than a week. Aside from a few more leaves than normal, everything seemed to be humming along peacefully in this brook.
