READY FOR SPRING

More from the view at the top.  Across the street there is an old building (used to be a department store) that has been converted to condos.  The tenants on the top floor get to have balconies.  One tenant has decided to keep the grill all covered up, and the patio furniture out,  just in case  Spring comes unexpectedly:

At 2:15 in the afternoon, with the sun shining brightly, it's the "feels like" number I don't care for! There shouldn't be 15 degrees difference between what it "is" and what it "feels like." :-(

That was around 10:00.  It's now 2:00, and the sun is almost out. Gotta love Maine!
